ALMON, JUSTICE. Jessie Lee Tucker was convicted by a Baldwin County jury of violation of the Alabama Uniform Controlled Substances Act, Code 1975, § 20-2-1, et seq., for the sale of marijuana. The conviction was affirmed by the Court of Criminal Appeals. This Court granted Tucker's petition for writ of certiorari. Tucker raises three evidentiary issues for our review.
