Michael Jeffrey Land was convicted of the capital murder of Candace Brown, and the trial judge sentenced him to death, following the jurys recommendation of that sentence. The Court of Criminal Appeals affirmed both his conviction and his death sentence. Land v. State, 678 So.2d 201 (Ala.Cr.App. 1995). On certiorari review, we affirm the judgment of the Court of Criminal Appeals.
